Malovidy 4 km from Rataje nad Sázavou.: Large, child friendly house, 2 storeys, detached, built in 1926, renovated in 1997. On the outskirts, in a quiet, elevated position, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), park, indoor pool heated (3 x 7 m, depth 70 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Table tennis, badminton, terrace, barbecue. In the house: sauna, billiard table, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Rataje nad Sázavou" 3 m. Nearby attractions: Hrad Český Šternberk 15 km, Kutná Hora (UNESCO) 35 km, Zámek Konopiště 40 km. Object suitable for 8 adults + 4 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The pool is heated only in the period from 01.06.-30.09.

Het is een heerlijk vakantiehuis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot pluspunt is het overdekte privézwembad. Maar ook de whirlpool en sauna hebben we zeer gewaardeerd. Het huis en omliggende terrein bieden veel privacy. Malovidy is een klein dorp. Voor een goede supermarkt moet je zo'n 20 minuten rijden. Wij hebben er een top vakantie gehad

Delt i to lejligheder, perfekt til vores ferie. Hele 3 køleskabe, perfekt til storfamilien. Skøn pool.

bereikbaarheid laatste stuk, vrij moeilijk. Keuken en kookgerief was niet proper!!! Wel ok wat betreft mogelijkheden ter plaatse!
