The location was excellent, right next to St. Barbara’s Cathedral, which made it a very convenient and atmospheric place to stay in Kutná Hora. The apartment itself was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The shower was also good, with hot water and strong water pressure.

The main issue was checkout. We requested a later checkout through Booking.com back in February, several months before our August stay, and the property confirmed that checkout was possible until 10:00. On the morning of checkout, however, someone came to the door and forcefully insisted that checkout was at 9:00. When we explained that 10:00 had been confirmed in the Booking.com chat and showed the message, the situation still did not become calm or professional. We were made to feel as if we had done something wrong, even though we had written confirmation and were already preparing to leave. The fridge was also off when we arrived, and I eventually realized the breaker was off. I would have appreciated it being on and ready to use when we arrived. The apartment had positives, but the checkout experience left a very bad final impression and would stop me from staying here again.
