About this house rental
Welcome to our Hilton Head Island rental home! Our 3000sq/ft home sleeps 11 people in beds and has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 3 XL twin beds plus a private loft space that serves as a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and extra den area with large TV, and its own half-bathroom. Pack and Play, Highchair and infant walker are also provided in home. The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms.
Our home is beautifully located on a lagoon waterway which provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck while watching the tropical birds and alligators. The back yard is protected from the water with a retaining wall.
Perfect home for families, golfers and short-term seasonal renters. Discounts given for more than 7 nights. Please inquire!
The home is a short walk to a large community pool and you have 4 tennis and pickle ball courts and basketball court free for your use! 4 bikes are provided at the home and additional bikes can be rented at a discount through South Beach Bicycles.
The beautiful beaches are a short bike ride from the home through safe bike trails throughout the island!
Other activities within walking or biking distance include golf at the many HHI famous courses, Harbor Town shops and dining, Sea Pines Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing? Lawton Stables for horseback riding tours and petting zoo! Crabbing, fishing, alligator watching and dolphin cruises are a must!
Our home is available for weekly, monthly, or short-term seasonal rentals! June and July require a 7-night minimum with a Saturday turnover. This home is newly furnished, all new mattresses newly decorated and kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The kitchen is nicely equipped with high end All-Clad cookware, Cuisinart coffee pot with gold filter, blender for smoothies, toaster and plenty of place setting. There is a brand-new Weber propane grill on the deck. New flooring was installed in April of 2020. New HVAC was installed in June of 2020. August of 2022 new beds were purchased!

Yes the host was very helpful in getting a couple things taken care of. The view from the deck and the location. The patio room we used a lot. Would rent again.

My family with grands and great grands enjoyed the family focused house. It is well stocked and lots of thoughtful items available such as flash lights and doggie bags. We enjoyed sitting around and using the fire pit too. Beds and pillows were superb. Loved the location too within Sea Pines. The four bikes were used and enjoyed. Owner is personable and flexible. Great views from the deck . Highly recommend .

We were happy to have baby accessories, lots of beach chairs and toys. The weather cooperated some. The kitchen was well stocked. The lagoon and Carolina Room were enjoyable. We had a few bumps in the road with entry to the house, and internet issues. We also had workers show up to do repairs on the house during our stay. They were asked to come back when we were gone.
