THERE IS A $100 PET FEE PER STAY. WE LOVE FLUFFERS. WE THINK THEY SHOULD VACAY WITH THE FAMILY TOO.

Clean, spacious and well stocked, this home is conveniently located in a friendly walkable neighborhood. There are nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping options. The historic river village of Fairport Harbor is just a few mins away w/ a dog friendly beach, kayaks and paddleboard rentals. Mentor Headland Beach is close, and known for excellent beach glass hunting. Cleveland and wine country are w/in 30 mins in either direction. Geneva on the Lake offers go carts, zip lining, putt putt, etc...

This is such a lovely, well-kept house with wonderful spaces and amenities. The host has added so many touches that make it truly a special place to stay.The kitchen is well-stocked, the water pressure and temp is great, the furniture is all comfy and clean - it was a great vacation “home.”The only unfortunate issue was the road noise and lights at night. It was very loud in the front/largest room all night, it seemed quieter but still present in the other rooms. All 3 rooms have street or other outside lights shining in as well and would benefit from darkening shades (the curtains somewhat dim but don’t block the lights). We slept ok with ear plugs.Would stay again, planning to sleep in one of the back rooms with good earplugs/headphones.

My daughter and her two best friends wanted a night together to laugh and hand out. My fiancé and I reserved your house and it was perfect! The girls had plenty of room to goof around and we had the master bedroom with television!

We have stayed in many homes and by far this is the most beautiful house ever. We stayed a week as our floors were being refinished in our own home and the owners took care great care in making our stay quite lovely. Their attention to detail was above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. The house sits on a busy intersection in Painesvile so they provided a sound machine! The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Super comfy beds and pillows. One full bath which has been updated (love the tile floor!). Kitchen is simply, but elegantly equipped. Bright, cheerful lighting. Even the drinking water is filtered! Parking is ample and very safe. Great deck to sit out. The house vibes of joy and serenity. Loved it!!!Highly recommended.

Possibly the nicest, best equipped VRBO I have stayed in. Really comfortable and well decorated. Huge kitchen, great bedrooms and convenient location. The hosts have thought of everything, including toothbrushes if you have forgotten yours. Would highly recommend.

The house was extremely clean and very cute. All of the rooms were decorated well and you could tell the owner takes good care of the house. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. They had all of the extra amenities stocked up-kcups, mouth wash, etc. The only downside was that it was in a poor location. It was on the corner of two busy streets and we heard the traffic and the trains way past midnight. It finally settled down at about 1 AM. I appreciate that the owner had a sound machine in the room as that did help a little. Overall I gave it a three star review all due to the noise of the location of the house. If the house was in a different location I would have given it a five star review.

We recently stayed at this charming old home and were absolutely delighted by the property and its decor. The house is very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that highlight its historical character while providing modern comforts. Every room had a unique charm, and we especially loved the cozy living room, amazing front porch and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Plus, we were thrilled that we could bring our dog, making our stay even more enjoyable!

Overall we loved this place. It was in a neighborhood where the houses were very close together so we had the drapes drawn the entire time. There are some windows where the drapes didn't cover the entire window. And the front doors (inner and outer) are both full glass doors with no coverings which left us feeling very exposed because the house is at a 4-way stop where cars are often stopped for many minutes at a time. Same with the sliding glass door to the deck. There is also a window on the landing of the stairs which can be looked into from the neighboring house and happens to look directly into the bathroom on the 2nd floor. It'd be nice to have a curtain there too.

We booked this property for the eclipse because everything seemed to be booked in Cleveland for the Women’s NCAA basketball Final Four. We feel so fortunate that we found this lovely home. The home is tastefully and elegantly decorated. There is everything here you need for your comfort. The host even knew we were coming for the eclipse and left glasses and eclipse themed snacks. Oh, there were fresh flowers on the dining room table. All the dishes, appliances, linens and furniture were comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck. There is plenty of space to park off the street. The TV offered many channels and the wifi worked great. We felt safe in this home in this neighborhood. Communication with the host was outstanding. The home sincerely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend. We only wish we could have stayed more nights, as we really enjoyed our visit and were sad to check out.

I rarely leave reviews but have to on this one. It’s amazing!! The attention to every detail is unmatched with any other we’ve rented. Women: there’s even a jar of new hair bands in the bathroom! There’s so many areas to sit, relax, read a good book, have a glass of wine. Highly recommend this rental!

This house was clean and was within walking distance to Lake Erie College and the Steele Mansion. It's right off Mentor Ave., which is the main drag of Painesville. Host was very responsive and had several suggestions for restaurants in the area.

I highly recommend staying here. The house is beautifully restored, immaculately clean, and includes everything one could wish for. We were visiting the area for a sailing event and could not have asked for a better place to stay.
