Located in an exceptional setting, Little Fugue, classified furnished accommodation ****, is a true haven of peace in the heart of the Morvan Regional Park, five minutes from Lake Chamboux, 15 minutes from Lake Settons. Guests can recharge it in absolute calm. This charming cottage completed in March 2014, will delight you .. IL is located along a hiking trail and close to the forest, in a former clog completely renovated, it offers modern comforts with its two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, Its duplex 80 m ² offers stunning views of the Morvan countryside from its private terrace.
A friendly welcome awaits you, as well as tips to enhance your stay. A multitude of outdoor activities awaits you at the little fugue: Mountain biking,, Quad, fishing, rafting, hiking, and you can indulge in the owner's passion for riding. You can shine on Burgundy and prestigious sites in the Morvan park rich in lakes, rivers and forests.
Access 2h30 from Paris and Lyon, 4km from the N6 and 30 minutes from the motorway exits (A6) of Avallon and Semur-en-Auxois

We have had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful house and garden. The surrounding is great, good hiking in the beautiful Morvan!

The appartment is decorated nicely, with quality materials, and spacious. The house is in a very quiet part of the morvan, where you hear just the barking dogs, goose and other birds. Nice walks can be made starting from the house. The garden is shared with the owner, and he appreciates it if you stay in 'your' part of the garden, which is ok, but it is good to know that most of what you see of the garden in the pictures is not for the visitor to enjoy. And we were unpleasantly surprised by the 40 euro cleaning cost he demanded on leaving, we did not read about that in his information when we booked.
