Beautiful 2/2 in Seascape beachfront condos! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This is one of a truly unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 private balconies. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable & wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Beautiful beachfront and pool views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and 2 private balconies. Watch your family enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tubs while relaxing from one of the two private balconies. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Upon entering property, we noticed the 2 main lights bulbs in the main entrance & hallway we out. So we changed them. Also VERY DIRTY ac filter, so we changed that also. We went to vaccum and the vacucum was plugged with hair and very dirty. Could not Use.
NO CLOSET spece in guest bedroom because owner has all their stuf in their. Also no dresser, so your clothes have to stay in suitcase. Very disapointing,.
2 of 3 doors to balcony are out of wack and VERY HARD TO CLOSE. Main entry door is missaligned and you cannot lock deadbolt!
Clear shower curtain is filthy and needs to be repalced.
On property on the first night there was no outside lights around facility and it was pitch black.
The washing machine for 2nd floor is broken.
The security guard was very rude multiple times.
Would love to speak to someone about the money I spent for such poor conditions
