About this apartment rental
This Seascape condo is a charming two bedroom two bath unit that sleeps 8 guests. Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This beach-side condo has incredible views of the ocean from the over-sized balcony.
Recently renovated, it features an updated fully-stocked kitchen with full size stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils, granite island and sitting area.
Both the primary bedroom and guest bedrooms have King beds. The hallway alcove area has a set of built-in twin bunks that are perfect size for children or small adults. Living room includes sleeper sofa. Two full baths (one with bathtub and one walk in shower and bidet)
Sit on your over-sized balcony and enjoy a gorgeous view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Resort features direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs and BBQ pits. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.
Need to stay connected? Smart Tv's with cable and WIFI provided for your convenience.
Need to do laundry during your stay? No problem. There is a stackable washer dryer combo for your use in the unit. Linens and towels provided.
THINGS TO KNOW
* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it. The decor and upgrades are beautiful. Hopefully we'll be able to get this same unit on our next trip to see our daughter.

Pool was amazing! View was wonderful! Condo was lovely and comfortable and very well stocked. We enjoyed our time there, walked on the beach every day, bed was comfortable, spent time in the pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay there again! Lots of parking, close to grocery stores and other activities.

Condo was super clean. The bed we slept in was incredibly comfortable. Easy check in. Clean pool. Two hot tubs, one for kids one for adults. Excellent use of space.
