This top floor 2 bedroom | 3 bed | 940 sq. ft. condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City. The condo complex is attached to a covered parking garage. Just a quick walk to Front Street where you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! Multiple beaches and Tart Trail are only ½ mile from this condo. If wine tasting is on your agenda, look no further as we are centrally located to both the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula.

As you walk into this luxury condo, you will enjoy the tastefully decorated open floor plan and natural light through the slider door overlooking Eighth St. There is plenty of space for everyone with 2 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry! Each bedroom features a queen bed complimented by multiple USB charging ports and spacious closets. All linens and toiletries are supplied to make for light and easy packing! There is also a desk off the kitchen for those working remotely. This prime location is only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Front Street is less than a 8 minute walk. If you prefer, stay in and cook in our fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. And don’t miss out on cozying up to the fireplace after a chilly fall day of shopping or after a fun day of snowshoeing. Need to charge your EV? No worries as the parking garage has two Level 2 plugs on each level. Come enjoy the Traverse Wine Coast, offering over 40 wineries along M-22 & Old Mission Peninsula with an expansion of breweries & distilleries. The condo is perfect. It’s just south of downtown, so it’s easy to get around in a car. It’s also just a five minute walk to the shops on Front St. The communication with the host was great. Super responsive. Made checking in and out a breeze. Condo was extremely clean and cozy. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you so much for the great experience!
