Hints of Disney's beloved Polynesian Resort combine with a modern, upscale hotel feel in this massive lakeview, totally-renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool house that's only 5 minutes from Walt Disney World. With your own private pool, spillover spa-tub, Star Wars gameroom, themed bedrooms for the young ones, and no rear neighbors, Ohana House is the perfect home-base for your Disney, Universal or Central Florida vacation! We are consistently one the most booked vacation rental homes in the Disney World / Orlando market. Ohana House is on the closest street to the Windsor Hills Resort waterpark and clubhouse, an easy 3-5 minute walk.

By contrast, houses in Championsgate, Reunion, Solterra, Windsor Island and Windsor Westside can be up to 60 minutes EACH way to Disney once you factor in traffic. Wonderful stay at Ohana House - very clean and close to all the Disney parks. Everything you need is included. My family of 10 had the most magical vacation! Loved the home pool and the big pool at the resort. Andrew is very responsive to all questions. Highly recommend staying at Ohana House!

Loved the house and pool. Everything was exactly as shown and described. Location to stores, restaurants and Disney were excellent. We all loved the clubhouse and pool. Water was very warm and slides were lots of fun! Absolutely perfect family vacation sunshine and lots to do for everyone. Need to come back for longer next time 😊

The photos online looked great, so that’s ultimately why I chose to book here. I’ll start with the pros: - proximity to Disney World was great. The parks took between 12 and 20ish minutes to get to on average— longer during high traffic times. - close to Walmart which we drove to a couple times for food orders and I ordered Instacart one night and had groceries delivered.- I liked the idea of having the Guard house, however nobody that was staying with me was ever asked for ID to enter. I’m not sure if Instacart driver was required to give info on the way in. - the property manager was great. After departing, I realized I had left my ring at the house and the home owners reached out to him, he found the ring and kept it until I retrieved it at his house. That’s about it for the pros…Cons:- the water park was closed at least for the month of January which I wasn’t aware of during booking. I feel that this should be mentioned somewhere noticeable for families to see prior to booking. Maybe I missed it. - the house is big, but there’s one thermostat zone for heating and cooling. It was 20-40 degrees outside during my stay, and the house was freezing. If you put the heat on, the upstairs temp would be unbearable and it still wouldn’t ever heat the downstairs. The game room had a separate split for heating/cooling but the kids were barely in this room so it was left alone once we realized it didn’t help raise the temp of the main living area at all. - the alarm on the ba
