Attention to every detail has been put in as we furnished and decorated this home. This 6 bedrooms, 3.5bathrooms, 3,073 sq. feet unit sleeps 14 in style. With 2 king-size bedrooms, 2 queen-size bedrooms, and 2 twin-size bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or to just relax and stay in. The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. This home will bring the excitement of Disney to you and have the kids talking about your trip for months to come.

1. Game room - there is a 400 sq. ft. air-conditioninged and fully equipped gamed room in the converted garage with pool table, foosball, air hockey and a wooden train sets.
2. Backyard and swimming pool - an over-sized extended pool deck with sunken spa. There is a child safety fence around the pool and child safety lock on the door leading to the pool deck, offering peace of mind for families with children. The pool area is very private. No rear neighbors since this house is 15 feet high above rear houses.
3. Living area – top grain genuine leather sofa sets and 55’ cable LED TV with a blue-ray player. Kids play corner with kids’ books, toys, and puzzles.

The property was perfect for our family of 11 people. Very close to all Disney parks. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Hosts gave great information and always responded quickly. Just a little challenge getting in to the complex. Needed to give drivers names of each car to security which we didn’t know. Also pictures show pool table, air hockey and foosball table in garage game room but only had pool table and another tv. We were a little disappointed. Used the complex club area and water park. Was easy to get in and everyone was surprised how nice it was and the arcade too!! Would definitely rent again if we will be in the area again!!

The house and location itself is wonderful. There was only a few issues we had and that was the cleaning of the house was not great at all. Dust was ALL over the fans and tables. There was food crumbs all in the couch cushions, and the mold in the master shower was really bad. The mattresses were really hard. They need to invest in new ones or add mattress toppers to the current ones. The fan in the master room only works when the light is on. The hottub was great as long as you pay for the heating fees. The house Itself was only 10 mins or less to Disney and the areas we wanted to be at. The community is locked down like Fort Knox. No one is getting in without ID provided. And the clubhouse pool is the best. We all enjoyed that the most.

The house was clean. Our problem was with things not working, the pool was dirty, someone came and cleaned it Monday but by Tuesday it was dirty again the maintenance guy said it was from the trees but it wasn't an issue for other people around the same trees. The jets on the hot tub didn't work till Thursday and then they only worked for about 5 minutes and quit again. We asked multiple times about the jets and we had a tv that we asked about that wasn't working and initially was told that the room could watch one channel and it wasn't till we asked repeatedly did we finally get someone to replace a broken remote and that was also on Thursday.
