We welcome you in this studio with air conditioning of 30m² single-storey of 2 persons with possibility of an additional person paying (child-3 years free) which is located in a large garden of 6000m².
In the immediate vicinity of the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center/port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis...).
Composed of a large living room overlooking the private terrace equipped with deck, chairs and table, the studio features a large table with contemporary style chairs, TV/TNT large screen, a double bed in 160/200 cm and a seat/bed in 90/200 cm, a kitchenette equipped and separated, a bathroom with toilet, a large closet and storage.
Located in our large Mediterranean organic garden of 6000m². Relaxation spaces in the garden are provided (Weber barbecue, garden lounges, hammocks, deckchairs) in order to fully enjoy nature preserved within the charming seaside town of Calvi. A small garden of aromatic herbs is available (depending on the season).
Airport this Calvi at 7 km, Calvi railway station at 5 mn, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal at 20 km.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops.
Lots of lovely beaches and pretty mountain villages within a short drive.
Studio spacious for 2 people with loads of communal outside space and good size private outside space.
If visiting same area again would definitely stay here again.
