About this apartment rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with two twin-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The cozy living room is furnished with sofa and TV. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Situated on Lake Louise with Gulf access, guests can enjoy an afternoon of enter boating activities and later watch the sunset from the dock. Spend the day away enjoying nearby attractions such as the Cape Coral entertainment district and Cape Coral Yacht Club. At this time since Hurricane the cage over pool has not been replaced as of know. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Centrally located and 1 block from grocery store and main road. Never used the pool but looked good and was warm. The deck on the water was in rough shape and many planks pulled out with nails sticking out. But still usable if you were careful. Lake/view was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked including spices, oils, foil, storage bags and even some canned/dry food. Bed and pillows were not comfortable but we managed. Overall nice, clean and affordable.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool and view of the lake/dock are amazing. The cage over the pool is now repaired. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The water pressure in the master bath shower is great! TV had access to all different streaming options..There are beach chairs and umbrellas and other equipment to use. There are 6 parking spaces, no problem with parking. Currently one of the units is unoccupied/up for sale. The only very minor thing is that there aren't many outlets, especially near the bedside tables. I made the suggestion to the owner to have more extension cords for this purpose for charging phones and having a lamp to read at night in bed. We would definitely want to return again someday!

Good location, close to all amenities and the place has basic kitchen supplies although some require replacing. The view is beautiful. Now for bad: When we arrived at the place, we were given a code to enter and found the place locked by key and locked out at 10:30pm after a long day of travel, with host Not available. Got back to us the following day after we scrambled for alternatives. The description of actual property requires updating as the pool is Not heated and Not maintained. The pool enclosure that is shown in the description is still Not fixed. These were the features we were looking for and This place indicated they have and in actual did not. The living quarters require some upkeep as well.
