Holiday home with large heated pool - south exposure

Everything was great as usual.

The property manager had great communication with us, she even stopped by to introduce herself and said to call if we had any issues. The property was clean, had added wall AC units which were helpful in the FL heat. Pool was fantastic with good loungers. The price was good as well.

Great house with an amazing outdoor space. House has 2 king and one queen bedroom, no twin bedroom as stated in the listing. Place was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Before our stay I messaged the owner to see if it was possible to move our stay one day. It took me repeatedly emailing him, 3 times, until I finally got a response from him. The house was nice as well as the pool area. Easy check-in. House was as described. There was a solar cover on the pool that was disintegrating and left plastic bubbles all over the water surface which we had to clean out every morning. I messaged the owner to let him know as we were concerned it would clog his filter and lead to a costly repair. He did not respond to us. We wanted to keep it off but since we were charged for the electricity we used, and the evenings were very cool our first week there, the pool heater would have to run to keep it warm and it would make our stay more costly. Finally we just left it off because it was a mess and let the heater run. The next door neighbors played super loud music until 2am a couple of nights and til midnight a couple times. We want people to have fun but that was ridiculous- the house wasn’t a rental so I assume that may not be an isolated situation. There was a cooler and beach umbrella/canopy but NO beach chairs or any floats or pool toys. We had to buy ours and did leave a couple things in the garage for the next guest. No books (except in German), DVDs, (the DVD remote had no batteries in it), or games or cards like most rentals we’ve used so bring your own.
