About this house rental
This is a very clean and spacious ranch with an open floor plan on a large waterfront lot with plenty of palm trees, private dock with 175 feet frontage on a saltwater canal having Gulf access. Enjoy fishing snapper from your own dock or sit back and watch the Manatees swim by. Upscale furnishings, four HDTVs with cable/DVD and Wi-Fi throughout home. New kitchen cabinets and appliances: refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and granite surfaces throughout. Well lite gas grill by patio for those evening BBQs.
Enjoy casual living on a patio with beautiful waterfront views, or dine in the Great Room, Dining Room or enclosed patio. Relax after dinner with a refreshing drink and a good movie or book in a very comfortable Living Room. Dinnerware and flatware for eight and all the kitchen gadgets you need are provided.
This home is the answer if you want all the luxury of an expensive vacation, at an economy price! Beautiful tile floors cover casual areas and new carpet enhances all bedrooms and living room. It has a large private screened lanai that is equipped with a gas barbeque grill for making tasty steaks and seafood. The yard is nicely landscaped with numerous palms and flowering plants. There is a two-car garage with bikes, lawn chairs to shelter your vehicles. This home will be solely yours (no owner personal effects in closets or drawers)
The bedrooms all have high-end linens and plush towels. Each bedroom (3) has its own dresser and closet so you can move right in. Use the Washer and Dryer and pack light!

Had a great time At Howard’s place. Stay there for a month with my wife. It was everything that was advertised. Good night. I’ll be in better close to everything. Did a lot of fishing.

The house was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The lanai overlooking the dock and canal was a peaceful place to relax.
The owners were very responsive and gracious hosts.

Our family (parents & two teenaged girls) stayed at this property for a week and found the home to be very clean, well maintained and in nice neighborhood. The owner, Pren, was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and pleasant to respond to questions.We had planned on venturing out to different locations each day and this home was a nice location for doing that. It was nice to come home at night and be in a quiet location away from the traffic of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and winding down after our adventure for the day. My husband and daughter also enjoyed casting a line or two from the canal patio and trying to land some fish. If we make it back to this part of FL I would stay here again without any hesitation.
