This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is just a block from the shores of North Padre Island, offering the perfect blend of Gulf Coast charm and modern comfort. Prime Location: Just minutes from Whitecap Beach, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Enjoy morning strolls along the shore or catch breathtaking sunsets at the beach or the soon-to-be-completed Bob Hall Pier.
Outdoor Adventures: Explore the natural beauty of Padre Island National Seashore, perfect for family beach time, fishing, seashell hunting, nature walks, surfing, and kiteboarding. Discover nearby gems like JP Luby Surf Park, Mustang Island State Park, and the Texas Sealife Center. In the summer, don't miss the turtle releases!

The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home-cooked meals with full-sized appliances and enough seating for all with an 6-person table and 3 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio with plenty of seating and games for the family.
Upstairs, you'll find 7 beds, rooms will have walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The guest master bedroom has a queen bed. The 'kids' room,' has four bunk beds and a smart TV. There is also a loft area with a queen bed.
Relaxing Back Patio: Unwind on the charming back patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. With comfortable seating, it's an ideal spot to relax or walk over to the Tiki bar if that is what you are into.
Guest Access: You'll have full access to the townhome, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. I'm always available to answer any questions and provide local tips to make your stay unforgettable. Plus, an access code makes check-in a breeze. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a community pool. The property was very clean, Timothy let us bring our dog with us, she loved it! What I love about VRBO, is, people are curtious enough, to leave something for the next guest to use, such as seasoning, coffee, and I just love that. I met the housekeepers, very friendly. Tim’s a great host, everything from the first time, when we rented it to the end of our mini vaca, he made the process easy

The location was very close to the beach. Parking (at first confusing) was good. The condo was clean and ready.

The house as clean, though not as spacious as anticipated. But that didnt detract from out stay, or the enjoyable time we had. Timothy was very gracious and patient with question. If and when we return to Corpus Christi, I will contact him first for possible accommodations.

The house was decent. Up stairs bed rooms are nice. Bath rooms are dated. Parking was an issues especially with a large truck. A small vehicle would have no problem. The only parking is in a tiny garage or on the street. Patio and balcony doors need help. Very difficult to open and close. I dont think the cleaning staff cleans very well. But thats probably anywhere you go. Patio was a little dirty. Other than that it was just a place to sleep.
