A 75 m² cottage adjoining the owner's house, a member of the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO).
The cottage has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated, offering a peaceful stay in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails are accessible from the property.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) opening onto the living room.
Living room with an 80cm TV and stereo system.
Bathroom with corner shower and toilet. Laundry room with tumble dryer at the entrance.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a 140x190cm sofa bed, with TV/DVD player. Shower room with corner shower and toilet.
On the second floor: an attic bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds and a child's sofa bed.
Enclosed 70m² garden, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking secured by a gate.
