Old fisherman's house with sea views located in front of the beach in the Marina, between Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa.
The house has a living room with access to the terrace and the sandy beach, complete kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is an interior patio and a direct front terrace to the sea to enjoy pleasant summer evenings.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober 10 Tage in der Calle Canet del Rossello 7A verbracht. Das Haus ist grundsaniert und bis ins Detail äußerst liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Mit viel Geschmack wurden die Räume, einschließlich Küche und Bad sehr sinnvoll gestaltet. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt, absolut nichts hat gefehlt! Leider hat die Terrasse, die zwar einen traumhaften Panoramablick über den Golf von Pollenca bietet eine sonnenfreie Nordlage. Zu keiner Tageszeit hat die Sonne zu dieser Jahreszeit die Terrasse erreicht und zum Sonnen musste man die bereitgestellten Liegen direkt am angrenzenden Strand aufstellen. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist aber vollständig von Algen bedeckt und deshalb weniger einladend. Erfreulicherweise ist jedoch die Wassertiefe sehr flach abfallend, was für Familien mit Kindern sehr angenehm wäre. Unbedingt ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Auf Grund der wunderschön gestalteten Räume und dem traumhaften Panoramablick ist das Haus ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
