Sehr schönes restauriertes Stadthaus in Alcúdia hinter der alten Stadtmauer. Kein unmittelbares touristisches Umfeld, dafür aber alle Geschäfte und der Markt in der Nähe. Diese Ecke ist zwar befahrbar, aber „verkehrsreduziert“. Der Mietwagen parkt kostenlos außerhalb der Stadtmauer, ebenso nah. Strände und interessante Ziele sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus für 4 Personen ist beheizbar und gut ausgestattet mit Bad und Duschbad sowie 2 Toiletten und einem kleinen Innenhof. Küche ist O.K.

Uns hat das Haus insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, die Lage für Ausflüge ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung auch der Küche ist völlig austeichend, insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt.
