-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)
No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

🏊 Pool Heater Information
Please read carefully before requesting pool heat:
-Cost: $35 per day
-Minimum requirement: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and both will have the same temperature
-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions
If the heater does not reach the desired temperature during cold weather, refunds will not be provided.
The pool heater system includes an automatic safety mechanism that may temporarily shut off the system during extreme cold conditions to prevent overheating and equipment damage.
Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.

The house was perfect for our large group. The playroom was not as présented on the pictures. The air hockey table was missing, and the pool table and cues were in bad shapes. The Outdoor living couches were broken. Otherwise, we enjoyed the location and the amenities,
