3-bedroom vacation home steps to Myrtle Beach Beaches

The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed. It could use a deep cleaning. hand rails going to 2nd and 3nd floors were very dirty. Rugs could use a shampoo. But still had a great time in myrtle beach.

This was an awesome home to stay in while in town for a wedding. Literally two blocks from the ocean, you can actually see the ocean down the street if you look over the balcony and to your left. It would be very easy to walk to the beach daily. The home was very clean, I feel like there could be more attention to detail in the bathrooms though. There were two floors with bedrooms and baths, however you had to walk up a first flight of stairs to get to the first floor where the main living space is. Something to keep in mind if you have small children or older folks with you. I'm not sure how it would be if someone was staying in the condo adjacent as far as noise because they are connected, but we had a very quiet stay. We loved sitting out on the balconies when we were there to enjoy the weather, talk, and visit.Parking was not an issue. We actually had three vehicles; we were able to park two in a long spot and because no one was staying in the adjacent condos we used a spot right beside ours as well. This could be an issue during the busy season if you have more than two cars, but there is additional parking available on the curb per the owner. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to actually check in early so we could get ready for our first event. He was very good at communicating and responding to requests and/or questions. I would definitely stay here again and work with this owner.

Amazing experience!

The overall stay was okay. The property was very dirty. The floors were sticky, counters were dirty, the utensils had stuck on food, the furniture was noticeably dirty. The first impression was not the best. But the location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. Our neighbors were VERY loud. We had 2 different families stay while we were there. They were up late at night and it sounded like they were stomping up and down the stairs until all hours of the night. I know this isn't at fault of the property but it was very disappointing. I will not be booking a duplex again. I have 2 boys that stayed in the bunk bed room. The bunk bed was very unsturdy. So bad that my boys didn't fell safe sleeping on the top bunk. Jim was very nice to work with. We had left a very important piece at the property and Jim was quick to contact the cleaning crew. I also contacted the cleaning crew and was able to get it taken care of.
