☀ Parking: Failure to follow these parking rules may result in the host asking you to leave without a refund, and your vehicles may be towed. No one wants that, so please comply with the following guidelines:
1. There is ONE (1) reserved parking spot for your stay. It is numbered and located to the right of the property when facing it.
2. You may use the other two unreserved/unmarked parking spots in the neighborhood on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. These spaces cannot be saved or reserved.
Parking is only permitted in the designated spots listed above. Parking in common areas such as the driveway, in front of units, or on the grass is prohibited.
4. No parking or placement of motorcycles, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, unlicensed, or inoperable vehicles in common areas, parking areas, or driveways.
All vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
5. Golf carts may not be parked in common areas or parking spots. They must be stored and parked in the unit's garage.
☀ Golf Cart: We Have A Golf Cart Available For Rental For A Fee Of $225. To Ensure Transparency, We Take Pictures Of The Golf Cart Before Each Guest's Use, And We Highly Recommend That You Do The Same.
☀ If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
☀ There is a $250 Pet Fee For Up to Two Pets.
☀ An Additional Fee Will Be Charged To Your Reservation If Pet Droppings Are Left Inside Or Outside.
☀ No Large Gatherings Or Events Over Occupancy Are Allowed Unless Discussed And Approved Prior To Booking With Your Host. You May Be Subject To Additional Event Fees And Security Deposits.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The host was fantastic, and the response time for our communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was welcoming, adding the Christmas tree and stockings was a nice touch. However, the water pressure is low in the master bedroom and kitchen, the truffle under the bunkers is broken, the light fixture hanging in the kitchen is broken, one of the closet don’t close all the way, the outlet in the garage behind the TV doesn’t work, the bottom cabinet in the kitchen has fallen, the bottom piece on the refrigerator is hanging off, the bottom locks on the front door and back door isn’t working properly. The two garbage cans outside were prefilled prior to our arrival. Nevertheless, we managed to still enjoy ourselves for Thanksgiving.
