About this house rental
Casa De Lux is a brand new, oceanfront, private beach access, five bedroom luxury property. Just released for rental bookings for 2023. This gorgeous new home has some of the very best ocean views on the island. Direct oceanfront location, with private beach walk, outdoor shower, 5 decks from the 1st floor and 2nd floor bedrooms. All offer dramatic South Beach views.
The open, airy floor plan will accommodate a family of 12 easily. A large eat-in kitchen with large granite center island accommodates 6 and dining table for 6 more. All stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and grey and white granite counter tops with ship lapped walls offer a wonderful coastal designed escape. The living room flows from the kitchen with electric fireplace, and souring ceilings. A L-shape sectional with accent chairs will complete this area, perfect for family gatherings. A smart 65" TV completes this area.
Also on the first floor level are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Each bedroom offers a Queen Bed and 1-2 private balconies overlooking the ocean. They share a full bath with tub in the hallway. A half bath in the hallway services the main floor.
The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs, with a King bed and private bath with tiled shower and edgeless glass doors. The views from the Master bedroom are awe inspiring. Watch sunrises from the private East facing balcony, or sunsets from the West facing balcony. Across the hall is the 4th guest room with a Queen bed and private balcony. Down the hall is the kids favorite bunk room. There are 2 sets of built in bunk beds, each with a double mattress. Each bunk offers a ship light, and USB charging station for devices. To complete the bunk room, there is a 55" smart TV. The top bunks offer stunning ocean views from atop their perch, overlooking the Oak Island lighthouse and South West Ocean views.
The ground floor offers main entry with laundry room, large room for ping pong playing and storage.
This home is available as pet friendly for 1 dog with conditions, pet fee is $500/week.
The house offers a BHI Lifestyle club membership (golf access for guests) and Shoals Club Membership, reservations and payments must be made to the BHI Club directly, and conditional on their policies and timelines. Please call them at 910.457.7300

Our family had an amazing stay on BHI this year. This was our favorite house yet and we hope to stay again. The house is beautiful. The location and amenities can’t be beat. I always bring kitchen gear, not knowing what a house will have, but this house had everything! And the ping pong game room was endlessly entertaining for our group of parents and twenty-somethings. Thanks for sharing the house!

The house is beautiful, well-maintained and an ideal location. Beach is very wide and not crowded. We had six adults and 2 children ages 3 and 5 staying the week. Casa de Lux is ideally located, easy, quick access to BHI Club, Maritime Market and coffee/ ice cream shops. Easy and fun ride to the Conservatory for amazing Italian ice dessert.

We had an amazing stay at Casa De Lux. It was a wonderfully redone house, well equipped and great beach access. Comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and more! We loved the private beach access and felt like we had the beach “to ourselves” - friendly neighbors and great location and access to both Shoals and BHI Club.

This beautiful beach house on Bald Head Island was the perfect getaway for our family. It offers private beach access, 3 golf carts, and close proximity to the BHI Club. The house has all the modern amenities and is spotless. We enjoyed the club activities, exploring the island on golf carts, and a catered boil on the deck (Cape Fear Boil Co). The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend.
