Decorated in the old Japanese style, so you will enjoy your stay.
You can try on a Kimono in our apartment and take photos of yourselves in Kimono.

Q. Can I use the whole apartment or will it be shared with someone?
A. You can use the whole apartment by yourself and your members. No one else will be staying with you.
Q. What time can we check-in?
A. You can check-in any time 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
Q. What time should we check-out?
A. Please do so by 10:00am.
After check-out time, we will clean-up the apartment,
so please keep to the check-out time.
Q. Can I extend my stay or make a late check-out?
A. Please ask for approval 48hrs prior to check-out time. We will check availability for your request and tell you whether you can or not.

This was a wonderful location for our group of 5 to explore Kyoto. The communication with Akane was phenomenal, as were her very detailed instructions (with photos!) for how to find her apartment and use all of the appliances and gadgets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her traditional Japanese apartment.

This was our (two single adults) first bookabach experience and we were very pleased with it. The location is great, close to shops and transport, and it was easy to find our way around. Most of all, we loved the feeling of being 'at home' Japanese-style and departed with a deeper appreciation of what everyday life is about. We had a room each, turning the dining/family room into a second bedroom at the end of the day. Akane was such a wonderful hostess - excellent and responsive communication, full and informative notes about arrival, access and amenities - and was promptly at the door to help when we had difficulties operating the electric hotplate.

We spent a weekend in Kyoto during our Japan trip and this was a good place to stay out of. It is really close to a station for the Keihan line which was really convenient as well as plenty of great places to eat near by.

Good location, near train station with many dinning, shopping options. Place small one bedroom and living room, no dinning room, chairs, seats or sofa.
