About this house rental
For a stay of at least three nights we offer a small house adjoining our property but independent. Recently renovated 17th century construction. Access reserved exclusively for this rental (we have no other tenants) to a 500 m2 garden fully landscaped and flowered and including a small carp pond, deckchairs for rest, barbecue, garden tables. This garden, enclosed by high walls and hedges, ensures privacy for naturism, for example.
In addition to a large living room with equipped kitchen, it has a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) as well as a bedroom/mezzanine with a 160X200 bed to choose from. Access to this room is via a fairly steep but secure staircase which may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility (see photo). A sofa in the living room can accommodate a child.
Located in the heart of Romantic Brittany, between sea and countryside, 25 km from St Malo, 30 km from Mont St Michel, the beaches of the Emerald Coast, Dinan, medieval town and Cancale. Rennes is 40 km away.

Henri was very wonderful to communicate with and the studio was absolutely adorable. We happened to arrive during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning rather a couple of fans. If you have mobility issues, traversing up and down the stairs to the loft could be a challenge. We were able to enjoy the garden at night and it was stunning!

This little gite in La Rocher Cordier, Bonnemain is a gem. Small but everything you need is there. Only comment would be a larger fridge with small freezer. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as the stair to the bed is steep. Once up there it’s like sleeping in a tent but the large bed is very comfortable. The real gem is the garden. Most of our time at the gite was spent sitting or lounging outside. Bonnemain is a bit of a disappointment. A bar, small supermarket (didn’t feel welcome) and a take away which I never saw open. That said you are close to beaches, St Malo, Dinan and many other lovely small and interesting towns.
