Cool Change also features screened porches, offering a bug-free space to relax with a good book or enjoy your morning coffee. With a washer and dryer conveniently located within the home, you can easily keep your beach gear fresh and ready for your next adventure.

With dolphins playing in the surf, deer roaming nearby, and an array of birds to spot, every day is an opportunity for adventure. The house was amazing! Perfect for multiple families with children. The private pool was the absolute best. Kyle was quick to respond for anything. The only complaint, and it was no fault to the owner, was the bear that got everyone’s trash cans a couple of nights. Never a threat to us. The house was the absolute best and we are already planning our next trip. We even stayed an extra day because we loved it so much!

Loved the house! Perfect for our family with everything we needed and very close to the beach. The pool is great for after the beach and we loved the screened in porches. Definitely one to stay in again!!

We spent spring break here (2 families) and we just loved the location. Clean house, safe area, quiet, relaxing and amazing views. Loved walking to the beach (very short & scenic stroll), found so many sand dollars & shells. The house was stocked with everything you need. Large rooms, perfect sized pool and the porch swing was a family favorite. Highly recommend the Cape Tradin’ Post just down the road. The locals were so friendly and far enough away from the wild spring break crowds. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! Only complaint is we wished we had more days to stay!
