About this apartment rental
Apartment Mare: 5 Adults - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Livingroom, Kitchen fully equipped, patio and terrace overlooking the sea.
The Place
Positano and the surrounding towns are built into cliffs and very hilly.
Anywhere you go is going to involve somewhat of a hike– either to up or down.
Our villa is in the center of town in Positano and from there can walking uphill or downhill to whatever places you were headed.
You can easily reach the Pier and the beaches (10 minutes) walking through the old stairwells of Positano, the ‘scalinatelle’ ( little streets consisting of narrow stairways and steps). This is something not to be missed!
Climbing down the steps, passing by the most visited places by tourists, you will discover and unveil enchanting angles of Positano, and then, once you have visited all the little streets by foot, you can always get the local shuttle bus to reach our location. The bus stop is at only 30 meters away

Villa Mare is in heart of Positano, between the beaches and the entrance to the town of Positano, making it possible to reach either one either on foot or by the local bus that stops 30 meters from our home.

you can reach the bus stop on foot 30 meters from the house, and you can park your car 100 meters away in a pay parking lot. The property is perfectly situated in Positano. Not only easy access to grocery stores but also restaurants, ferry service, transportation via buses (local and to other towns) but also to parking facilities if renting a car. The villa is well maintained and clean. Having laundry on site is a big plus as is dishwasher and good wi-fi. Gaetano is excellent and any issues addressed quickly and he also helped us with van transfer to and from villa to make this a seamless experience. We simply loved Positano and the surrounding areas of Capri (via ferry), Sorrento, Ravello, Amalfi and Naples. It was a lovely visit and we highly recommend this beautiful villa with amazing views and amenities. Gaetano is excellent to work with and is very responsive to all questions and issues. Book this property now. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Centrally located. Spotless. Linens and towels were great! Comfy beds and a variety of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked, including juice, milk, coffee, snacks, Washer AND dryer. We loved the view. In addition to the vanity areas in the bathrooms there were mirror areas in each bedroom which came in handy for four women traveling together. The owner was very responsive and arranged transportation for us. We give it a 10 out 10!!

We enjoyed 5 splendid days exploring Positano. The villa was immaculate, with stunning views and very well equipped. So much so that we enjoyed a couple dinners in. Check in was a breeze and very helpful. Parking is nearby, however, not included in the price. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
