The kitchen continues with the clean, and fun vibe that is so perfectly designed through the entire home. With lots of counter space and bar tops seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining! Eat dinner at the dining table while kids are in the pool and you can watch from the sliding glass doors.

As you walk into the home, you're greeted with the big, open living room, which has comfy seating and It's a great place for your movie or game nights, where the whole family can sit together in this cozy space! You have easy access to the kitchen with this space, so everybody is gathered.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Right off of the kitchen is the outdoor dining. Watch the kids while you enjoy a meal, or pull out some of the lawn games including spike ball and cornhole.
Of course, the beach is just a few minutes away - but you may very well have all that you need right inside our home!
Other things to note
This property includes security features, such as ring doorbell and a smart lock. A couple outdoor cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
We charge $100-$200 (length of stay varies) for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heat is only available November-March

This house is exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, well supplied. The layout is perfect for a large family with 3 bedroom wings, an open living area with a huge, comfortable couch, big dining table,spacious kitchen, & lovely patio by the nice size pool. Convenient location.

9 ladies enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for us. We spent many hours in the pool relaxing. Close to beach & restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood.

My large family (7 adults and 6 kids) stayed here. We had a great time and plenty of room. The host was very accommodating. We all drove in and ended up being an hour early for check-in, thankfully they were able to get us in. They also had a ton of towels and trash bags, which is rare to find in a rental. During our stay they notified us of new pool toys being delivered (a pool basketball hoop and a volleyball net), as well as new cooking pots. They also sent Crumble cookies! Everyone had a blast in the pool. One of the kids celebrated her 5th birthday during our stay so we had a night swim with glow sticks. We definitely made some core memories. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.
