Overall, very good. Owners are very responsive when kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. Outdoor table with alot rust and peeling needs to be replaced and there is a drainage problem in pool area so when it rains, water can come in slightly to tiled floors. Also, area advertised with white rocks for sitting is very much overgrow and not cared for, however there is plenty of room to enjoy by the pool on pavers instead. Map of room with King bed shows another twin however it is a cot in the closet and one bathroom that is not inside of the bedroom has very small awkward shower, but it is possible for adults to take a shower in that bathroom. Lastly the front bedroom that does not have a bathroom does not really receive any air condition and likely there needs to be some duct or AC work to channel AC into that bedroom.

What an amazing experience we had! Everything was accurate as in the descriptions...but BETTER! Newly renovated and our favorite part was the space we had...PERFECT for large families! There were four different friends & entire families, and we still had more room! The pool doors open all the way so bringing the outdoors inside made it so much easier with the littles in the pool! And we were literally 2 mins from the beach! Recommend this with a 10/10!!!
