From the amazing craftsmanship to the owner's attention to detail, this property will not disappoint. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 3.5 baths are great for your large family or group. Don't forget about the bunk room upstairs with 2 full beds and a sofa it makes the perfect kid's getaway! In the kitchen, you'll find the best of everything! The location of this property is fantastic, just a short walk to the deeded beach access and an amazing pool for the community are just a couple of the amazing attractions close by. Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 3 parking passes/cars maximum. No trailers are allowed to be parked on the street.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
A photo ID is required at check-in.
