Accessories: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV.
External: 2 Verandas, terrace, garden, swimming pool, barbeque, external shower, parking.
Activities and services nearby: Nearest beach "Le Saline", Beach La Pelosa 8 Km. Swimming, Excursions. Tour to Asinara island, Riding.
The villa is located in the "Country Village", a resort complex in Stintino. Connected with the village by bus.
Distances: Stintino 5 km, Porto Torres (port) 30 km, Sorso 45 Km, Sassari 47 Km, Alghero (airport) 55 km, Castelsardo 61 Km, Olbia (port and airoport) 146 Km.

Spacious and clean villa in nice location. Plenty of room in bedrooms etc. I’ve bathrooms. No air conditioning which on Aug was very hot although fans provided in each room which helped. Pool area was clean and relaxing area. Kitchen/cooking equipment could be a bit better stocked eg. No baking tray, tea towels but when asked owner quickly came back with latter. Stuntino is lovely with great beeches. A car is needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Villa Iris IssuesBroken Blocked sewer 27/07 fixed 29/07Power lost 30/07 instructions sent, I had to reset the supply. Coffee pot (Mokka) promised replacement (was not replaced)Beach umbrella present but broken 29/07 “Sorry”Missing Kitchen utensilsChopping board we boughtKettle supplied 28/07Toaster supplied 28/07Bread knife we boughtFittingsTowel rails Kitchen hooks for cloths etcMaintenance Pool (initially clean and clear 25/07)Pool now dirty (grit/dust on bottom - green appearance/cloudy)28/07 “It will be fixed soon”. In summary, villa is poorly maintained and kitchen in particular is poorly equipped. Cinzia, our host was largely responsive but I am not sure how other guests have cooked for a family given the lack of equipment.
