To reach the villa you have to go along a stretch of dirt road.

We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet location, the nice house, the large pool, and the outdoor brick barbecue. It was also easy to reach beautiful beaches and Stintino by car. Communication was uncomplicated, and the local contact was friendly and helpful.However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The pool was dirty on arrival and could only be used after two days, which is a significant part of an 8-day holiday. It also seemed that maintenance of the property and garden was only carried out after we had already arrived.The house could benefit from some updates. There is no air conditioning, some kitchen utensils were mismatched or damaged, there was only one wine glass, and the fans were quite dusty.We also experienced several unannounced visits from workers during our stay, which affected our privacy. In addition, important information should have been shared before arrival, such as the need to dispose of the rubbish yourself before departure, where to do this, what is already provided in the house, and that foxes may scatter rubbish at night.Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the location and the property's potential, but better preparation, maintenance, and communication would make a big difference.
