This 2 bed/2 bath home has breathtaking ocean views throughout. Lounge poolside while taking in the palm trees and picturesque ocean scenery beyond. The entire property enjoys a refreshing sea breeze, and you can savor it best on the shaded lanai, designed as an outdoor living space where you can dine, relax, and marvel at the views.
As soon as you step inside, you`ll be immediately swept up in the tropical charm of this oceanview oasis. The design is polished and modern, filled with natural textures that remind you of lazy days spent on the beach. The color palate evokes the lush beauty of Hawaii, bringing warmth and tranquility to every inch of the living space. Thanks to the open-concept layout, you and your group can all hang out together, whether you`re watching a movie in the living room, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or sitting down for a meal in the dining area. And let`s not forget the cherry on top: a spacious back lanai with a grill that`s just begging to be fired up for some mouth-watering BBQ on a stunning Hawaiian day. Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, tv, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, tv, and lanai access.

Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.
The pool is unheated and designed for lap swimming.
Use of exterior stairs is required for entry into the home.

Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget.
When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.

Beautiful location with almost 180-degree ocean views from lanai that runs across the front of property. We could watch sunset each night.There was a coffee maker and plenty of filters for our stay. There was also a brand-new electric tea kettle.Property is not marked on the street. Shares a steep driveway. The neighborhood is dark at night.No HVAC. Many ceiling fans to circulate air. It is cool in the mornings and evenings but hot in the afternoon.The internet was unreliable – buffering while streaming, hard to use multiple devices, finally just not working. The host was prompt to respond and help problem-solve.
