Beautifully decorated and updated spacious lakefront home, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, man cave/game room in basement (includes a set of full size bunks, full bathroom, couch, dining area, bar, and more), sunroom, plenty of seating for dining, large screened in porch with 65” tv, 5 flat screen TVs, WiFi, sreaming Youtube TV, pool table, 2 king beds, and 1 queen bed.
Concrete path down a gentle slope to the covered dock on DEEP water for you to put your boat and 2 jet ski ramps to park your toys.
Close to Clemson University (20 minutes) , minutes to the best restaurants on the water ( The Galley, El Aerriero At The Shores, The Local, and more ), and a 5 minute boat ride to Greenpond Landing!!

This house was the perfect place for the 6 of us adults plus a 9 month old and a dog. 3 nice size bedrooms with a bonus full bunk bed in the basement. Plenty of areas to get alone time and read, nap, etc. Tons of bath towels and lake towels. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need and then some. The 2nd fridge in the basement made storing all the food, left over food and drinks very easy. Although, the weather was not ideal for the fire pit use or lake swimming. The dock also had a ladder for easy access in and out of the lake. There was a wagon to help take your things to the dock. It was only a short walk though and not necessary. It was still a nice option they had available. The house was so clean and very well maintained. Landscaping around the house was beautiful. My family can’t wait to stay again.

This was an amazing home to stay in. We felt safe, and enjoyed the amenities offered. Lots of room and great things to enjoy outdoors. Please be advised you may have to get extra toilet paper and paper towels.

We had a relaxing wonderful stay. We brought out own boat and enjoyed the private dock. The home was clean and communication with the host was fast.
