About this house rental
*This vibrant A-frame cabin is a stone`s throw from Milledgeville, Eatonton, and all that Lake Country has to offer .
*2 kayaks are provided for guests to enjoy.
*The large dock is your launchpad for splashing, casting lines, zipping around in boats, and uncovering hidden corners of the lake.
*Fire pit with provided fire wood
*The massive back decks are your front-row seats to nature`s finest show – those can`t-miss Sinclair views and sunrises.
*From the kitchen to the bathrooms, we`ve got everything you need. Just bring the fun!
*With two comfortable bedrooms downstairs sporting queen beds and a regal king bed upstairs, there`s room for the whole gang (eight guests, to be exact!).
*New refrigerator with ice and filtered water (nov 2024)
*Pooch Paradise: We`re all about furry family members!
*Nestled on its own slice of paradise, this property offers privacy with fantastic access to Lake Sinclair.
****There is a 5% non refundable processing fee for any cancellations*****
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $75
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional fee of $200 will be charged if found
Quiet Time 9pm til 8:00am
MAX of 8 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME.
No outside speakers
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the parking spaces in front of the home.
No more than 4 cars allowed at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.
We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Very nice little cabin and beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch. We’re art and bird nerds, so we loved listening to and watching the birds, and very much enjoyed the paintings on the walls in the cabin. Beds are comfy, as are the couches. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our time here! Perfect lake location, and home was clean. We would definitely book again. Hosts were awesome!
