Welcome to Southshore on Sinclair.
Enjoy a wonderful stay at this 4 bedroom house with extra flex room on Lake Sinclair in Eatonton, minutes from historic Milledgeville. Come relax on the lake, bring your boat and launch at the boat ramp next door, tie it up in the newly constructed boat house (no lift) or enjoy the quiet dock and some fishing. Enjoy a peaceful paddle on the provided kayaks, read and relax under the covered gazebo, and toast marshmallows over the firepit. Whatever you like to do it's lake time here. Property features 2 master suites 1st master has king bed, 2nd master has queen bed. There are 2 additional bedrooms (Total 4 bedroom) and a flex room all with queen beds and streamingTVs.. Sleeps 10. Grill on the deck with the gas grill or spend time in the game room with a pool table and air hockey. Lake house has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet and streaming TV. Close to grocery, Walmart and restaurants. If you're a golfer that is not far either. We are local,so happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our retreat on Lake Sinclair. 1 small dog is welcome, a 2nd small dog may be able to be allowed, please inquire.

This was a clean and beautiful home on a lake inlet! We enjoyed our brief stay and will be back to enjoy the lake! Boat ramp next door is a big plus if you have a boat! This home sleeps as a 5 bedroom with two master suites on the bottom floor and three more bedrooms upstairs! This was a nice surprise!! The big deck in the back and the new dock is very nice. Host Jim was amazing from booking to check out!

Beautiful property, very well stocked with everything you may need. The host is extremely attentive, responds quickly and is willing to come and help with any issue - even late in the evening. There is a game room with pool table and air hockey. Lake access is excellent and just has kayaks available for guests to use. You can bring your own boat / jet ski. Definate 10/10!

This property was perfect for our party of 9. Having breakfast on the dock was wonderful and the kayaks provided by the owners are in excellent condition and were used both days we were there. Jim was a great host sending me a message with instructions the morning of arrival and made checking in easy. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay on the lake.The house was very clean and up to date.We were in millageville for our daughter's graduation from college and wanted a place to stay which would accommodate six people.Our host, Jim, responded to any questions I had prior to renting his home quickly.We enjoyed the use of the kayaks out on the lake also.
