About this apartment rental

This beautiful, recently renovated loft is in the heart of historic downtown Chillicothe. Built in the 1840's, this space features soaring 11’ ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen and private parking. You will have the entire space to yourself and be within walking distance to all downtown has to offer; shopping, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and beautiful Yoctangee Park. You will be steps away from the historic Majestic Theater as well as a downtown trolley stop. Please note, the loft is located on the second floor, the stairs are a bit steep and for this reason, we do not recommended our space for the elderly or small children.
This loft is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations are welcome. Registration #17773

Perfect size and location for a long weekend for two. Clean. Simple. Beautiful. And the location was perfect. Able to easily get to our events. Walked to breakfast and dinner with ease. Even had front row seats for the works largest truck parade and then a country band on the closed street. Was such a fantastic time. Would definitely rent again.

I had an amazing stay here! Great location and parking downtown. The inside was exactly as pictured. The bed - comfortable and clean. The host was responsive and very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay.
