Welcome to our vibrant riverfront apartment! Walk to Broadway, downtown, and Germantown’s bars & restaurants. Enjoy the river view from the balcony or relax by the pool. The unit has 2 private bedrooms & 2 baths: Bedroom 1 – King + twin air mattress, Bedroom 2 – 2 Doubles, Living room – pull-out sofa + 2 foldable chairs. Perfect for groups!

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.
Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.
We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

We provide a small starter set of essentials to get y’all going:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towels
1 cleaning sponge
1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo

The condo itself was very nice and clean! I will say that the walk to Broadway street was a bit far in the heat and the surrounding neighborhood is under construction.

Beautiful condo!! Very colorful and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the free covered parking! It’s kind of a long walk to Broadway and there is a lot of construction going on in the area right now. It is only a 5 minute walk to the minor league baseball park and brewery! We would stay there again.
