The neighborhood
The street is quite busy, however the studio is relatively quiet because it is located at the rear of the building.You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops; but also theater, cinemas and gym! What if with all this, you want to take a coffee break? Go to Merlix Cats Café, the café on the ground floor, which offers you a coffee while being surrounded by cats!

Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:

By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutesin bus) By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
