Very nice, well decorated studio in the center !

Housing

Relatively quiet and very well equipped (just renovated – November 2017), it has everything to please! The bed is separated from the kitchen by a beautiful glass roof, from the bathroom by a sliding door and there is also a separate toilet. And to top it all off: you can benefit from access to the building's shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer on request only (extra charge).
The accommodation has a good wifi connection.

Traveler access

The apartment is located on the first floor, without elevator

Transportation

Do you travel most of the time on foot? The city is small enough to be able to explore it on foot and have access to all points of interest.

By train ? The 3 main stations in Liège are Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert.

By bus ? The Public Transport network is quite good and serves the center and its outskirts well.

And if you have a vehicle, it is possible to park your car in the street or neighboring streets, or in the neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Bail

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount. For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount. For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
