Parking Decks: Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX on Rankin Ave; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.
Loading Zones: There is one right in from If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

We stayed here for a weekend in Asheville, really enjoyed it. Location was great to walk for shopping, restaurants and bars. Was very safe and secure location. A parking spot included which was pretty close by. The place was very clean, well equipped for cooking, and the bed was very comfortable! We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Asheville!

The apartment was just as described: cozy, walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet with lovely views of downtown. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
