About this apartment rental

Impressive condo with contemporary meets turn of the century design in this historic new-buildout building in downtown Asheville. This 1st floor two-bedroom features one king main ensuite bedroom and a king guest ensuite bedroom, along with a half bath in the living area. High quality furnishings and linens combine the comfort of a home with the luxury of a fine hotel. Also enjoy a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen and a full dining table for making shared meals and wonderful memories.

Electric Vehicle Owners: there`s a dedicated parking spot in garage for a mid-size car which includes an EV Charger outlet. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.

Property is exactly as pictured. Lovely unit. Hosts provide everything you need to enjoy the stay (including bathroom and kitchen amenities!). Location could not be better- a 1 minute walk and you are in the heart of downtown. There is only 1 parking space but ample metered and parking garage space.

Very clean and great location! A little loud at night with the piano bar and event venue next to it but it was really nice.
