About this cottage rental
We are located 3 miles from Oakhurst, 11 miles from the south gate of Yosemite National Park, and 4 miles from popular Bass Lake. Perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or just a stopover on the way to Yosemite.
Located on Lewis Creek at 3000' elevation offers cool summers and mild winters. Listen to the sound of the water from the year-around creek running through the rear of the property or enjoy sipping your evening wine watching the tranquil water flowing downstream. The quiet neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block away with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children and pets where they can safely axperience nature. The accommodations are perfect for two. There is a large bathroom with a claw foot tub, a fully equippchen, a
nd a private patio with a BBQ. There are several restaurants in Oakhurst as well as dining at Bass Lake. You'll have complete access to Lewis Creek to enjoy during your leisure time. The house below is also a BnB. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway.

Our stay was relatively short, but the property was perfect for our needs as a home base for some time at Yosemite. The baked cookies left as a welcome were great!

This was such cozy and peaceful cottage. exactly as described! the immediate neighborhood is quiet and friendly, great for morning walks with my dogs. Close enough to town (Oakhurst) for grocery runs, and close enough to Yosemite National Park for day trips. I would like to stay here again!

Very clean, cozy and welcoming. Had everything we needed. Great hot water for bathing!!! Perfect location for visiting Yosemite NP. Grocery stores nearby. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus. Very quiet area. Enjoyed using the nice big (and very clean) grill while sitting out on the patio relaxing after a busy day exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was the perfect Mother's Day weekend with our new baby. Location is great, close to Yosemite, Bass Lake, and we loved the Creekside park down the street. My husband even caught a fish! Hosts were great, super responsive, and left us treats when we arrived!
