Our property is in the best part of Scottsdale, right in between Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and Old Town Scottsdale. A quick 10-minute drive to the most popular spots.

● 12 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (home of the annual WM PGA Open)
● 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Good to Know
● Pool heating is included at no additional charge.
● The pool is heated by a heat pump (runs 24/7 in fall, winter and spring) that normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature. Heat pumps are off from May 1 to September 30. Please inquire about pricing and availability if you would like the heat pump on between May 1 and September 30.
● Child safety pool fence available for an additional fee

● On-site rental cars available. Please inquire.

● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;

The house worked for us for a few reasons. Location was great, very close to shopping and restaurants ( Kierland a mile away). The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were very responsive before we got there and through check in but when we mentioned that the outdoor furniture was very dirty and the pool was dirty, no response until after we checked out. It could be that it hadn't been rented in while but we didn't appreciate having to clean off the chairs in order to sit around the fire pit.Other than that, the house was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and a very nice stay.

This house was a great fit for our large family! Plenty of room, clean, great location and lots of games and entertainment!Darlene was so helpful and easy to communicate with!We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location! Walk to anything. The house had great options for entertainment (pool table, foosball, putting). Any troubles we had the management responded on the spot.
