The home was clean and inviting when we got there.
We were surprised to see there was no coffee pot, just a Keurig machine. Also there was no bottle opener.
We would have liked lamps on bedside tables as well.
We couldn't use the pool because there was no heater and the water was cold.
A garage door opener would have helped a lot getting in and out.

We enjoyed the stay and the house was nice. It's in a great neighborhood with easy access to all parts of Phoenix. My family of 4 had plenty of room inside and even with 120 degree heat, the pool was very nice in the morning and evening. Be prepared to figure some things out yourself (stove, water, electric...) There is not a welcome book with directions on how to work the stove or oven. We had a couple questions that could have been answered in the book. The first day when we has a question, I emailed the house manager and she responded quickly. Then on day 2 we had another question about the use of the garage (did I mention the 120 degree heat every day - wow!) and the master shower was having a hot water issue (the rain head worked great, but the front shower head would only put out HOT water). Day 3 we had the electricity in the main bedroom and bath go off. We emailed again for some assistance. We didn't get a response to the Day 2 or Day 3 emails.
These issues weren't major, but a book with information about how to use the oven, pool sweeper info, garage usage, placement of the fuse box, etc... might have been helpful.
I would not hesitate to stay in this house again, but I would be prepared for the lack of communication and ask that the HOT water in the master shower get fixed.

This house did not have a Welcome Book with basic guidelines on where things are and how to operate the fountain or pool.
The outdoor grill was a mess and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. We could not find a brush and one was ordered via Amazon. Thanks, I put it to good use.
The floors were not vacuumed when we arrived but the place was clean.
The gas stove was tricky to light. Instructions would have helped. The previous guests did not take our the recycling leaving us a full container.
There we could not find a bottle opener. We found what looked like one but the opener part was sealed. Did not have aluminum foil or Tupperware to put leftovers stuff in. Could have used a few more glasses.
The we microwave did not work. Most likely a circuit breaker but we could not find the breaker box. This info in the Welcome Book would have been easier that me letting the owner or host in Scottsdale know.
The pool pump was fixed and that helped a lot.
