This beautiful 6th floor, 3-bedroom 2 bath condo at Majestic Beach Towers Tower I has a Gulf front master with a large balcony. Located at the middle of the beach and very convenient to many area attractions! This upscale development includes a gulf-front pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools, waterfall feature, grill area, tennis court, well equipped gym and so much more! You will never tire of things to experience; this property has all you need to enjoy the wonderful sun and surf! Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle.

This is a fantastic spot in PCB. Property has plenty to do, easy parking, lots of great pools and a phenomenal beach. Majestic Towers are well-maintained and very clean.
We have stayed twice now and will be back!!
Only complaint about this particular unit is that the washer and dryer, while full-size, are in a very awkward and hard to reach location. Condos on the ends seem to have a bit more space, too.
There were renovations going on in a nearby unit for several of the days, so we avoided the hammer drill sound by staying out of the condo in the afternoon.
Looking forward to our next visit!

Overall it was a very nice place. A couple of things that can be fixed are one of the nobs for a drawer in the kitchen was missing and a piece of flooring was missing in the master bedroom. The TVs were a little confusing to figure out. Too many remotes. Now for the property overall. The elevator situation has to be better. And same for parking. About halfway through the week i had to start parking on the roof because it was that packed. The people at the gate were just letting anyone in. I didn't even have to tell them who i was or where i was staying. I saw a few families park and ho to the beach and weren't even staying there. Like i said we enjoyed staying there and that was our only issues about the actual property of 604. Thanks
