Located across the road from Watts Bar Lake with a great view, circle drive with two entrances and big yard for parking multiple cars/trucks with boats. Shady Grove boat ramp is just a few 100 ft from the house. The ramp has a dock for easy loading and unloading.

We had nice time , the house was well supplied,clean and organized.The house is centrally located to travel up or down the Tennessee River , just pick your destination.We will definitely rent again

Came to Watts Bar to fish a tournament. There was 3 people staying pulling 2 boats. Plenty of parking to accommodate. House is nice and well maintained.

We had the best time. This was the cleanest home we've stayed in. The owners live across the street and were super friendly. We were there for a softball tournament and it was so nice to come back to this property to relax after hot days at the field! Definitely would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly as the listing said it would be....well supplied and very clean. We met the host while there and found them to be very nice and helpful people.
