Welcome to Rock Harbor Cottages. "The Boathouse" is an amazing waterfront cottage. The view is second only to the over sized 3+ person jacuzzi tub. Nothing better than waking up and opening your eyes to the amazing view and hearing the water. Close to dining, shopping, beaches, Island ferries, Lakeside, Cedar Point, fishing, and Lake Erie. Perfect couples getaway or to fish Lake Erie. Bring your boat or kayak; boat ramp, dock, and fish cleaning house on property. Private unit. Full kitchen.

Check in was very easy. The property owner kept in great communication with specific instructions. This little waterfeont place had everything we needed, including onsite parking, wifi, and kitchen essentials. A short drive to Miller's Ferry to Put in Bay. We met the owner on the first day and he was so friendly and welcoming.

Pretty nice place for the price. The boat ramp right next to the cottage in the boat dock right behind the boathouse. Those were huge pluses. The advertisement was horrible in that it didn’t point out that the ramp was literally right next to the cottage. That should be a Big Feature in the ad.Only two negatives. Quite a few little ants, crawling all around in the bathroom. Need to have an exterminator spray. Other than that, the dock for the boat was pretty bad. No cleats to tie up the boat. Built way too high out of the water. I made it work, but it was a pain in the butt.The views were great. The overall cleanliness of the place was good. HVAC worked great.

Nice little house - It was all we needed. The floors, bathroom... were clean just needs a little extra attention in places like the dish rake. We would definitely stay there again.
