Updated home is a short walk to the lake, marinas and popular local haunts. Upstairs contains a master with bathroom and balcony in addition to 2 other bedrooms
Downstairs has large bedroom with sleeping for 4. Remaining downstairs boasts open floor plan with kitchen opening into large living space. There is also a 3 season room which allows for additional entertaining. The surrounding glass doors can also be opened to catch the cool breeze if desired

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was neat and tidy and each room was well-appointed. This home is very comfortable and the host has thought of everything to make our stay great. The host was very prompt returning my call when I had a question for her. We will stay here again.

This home is very good for a group of friends. 4 of us stayed for a long weekend to craft together. The home is spacious and clean. Everything you need for a stay is here. I am sure in the summer it is a great location if you are in the area to fish.

Patty is an absolute gem of a host! We went up for the weekend for an out of town wedding. The house is very spacious and the location is perfect. We didn't have to ask for anything. This house is perfect for families with babies to adults. We had our family and niece - all over 20, but she has so many games for infants thru adults. Everything you need is provided, and communication is instant. I recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to Catawba, PIB, Kelley's, etc. You will not find a better host than Patty!

We were in town to attend a wedding and this house was perfect for both convenience and comfort. My husband and I; eight children and his mom all very much enjoyed our stay. It was a very homey and wonderful place to enjoy a get-away and relax--everything from the back patio to the spacious living room and large dining room table--it truly felt like home! It was accessible for mom(86 yrs) with the side entrance (no steps) and a main floor bedroom and bathroom. We were impressed with the many supplies: extra towels, linens, soaps, sewing kit--even a full, large candy dish.... The owners have decorated and maintained the home well and are very attentive. I could go on and on--we would definitely recommend this property!
