Here is your next vacation hide-away in the center of Historic Taos! Come and stay at the best kept secret in Taos! And it is the perfect place to stay while you are feeding your creative soul at one of the many workshops and events that Taos has to offer (see links below).
Inger Jirby's Guest Houses are located in downtown Taos, walking distance to Taos Plaza and the Blumenschein and Harwood Museums, part of a 200-year-old adobe compound on Historic Ledoux Street. The Guest Houses offer accessibility to the shops, restaurants, and galleries in the heart of Taos, while still being quiet and homey.
Comfortable and large, both Guest Houses have air conditioning, are beautifully furnished and sleep 4 people. Equipped with all the comforts of home: full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, Roku.
The main bedroom and bathroom are in a lofted space and are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. There is also a trundle bed on the main floor which sleeps 2.

Parking is right in front of the casitas. It will accommodate three vehicles, so if you're first in, please park to the far right.

This casita was PERFECT! Exactly as pictured and in a great location in Taos. We walked to the Plaza, to dinner and probably could have walk to the grocery store if need be, although we had a car. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast before we got in with our day. Although we didn’t use it, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Taos again.

Loved this property! Close to the Plaza so we could walk everywhere. House is clean, cozy, and user friendly. Would come again!

We had a lovely stay. The casita met all our expectations and then some. It was like a long, warm embrace from an old friend. We had plans to use the casita largely for sleeping but ended up staying in and relaxing most of the weekend. It turned out to be what we really needed. With so many museums, galleries, dining and shopping opportunities just outside our door we know this is the place to stay and are heading back soon to take advantage of the AAA location, being able to walk Taos can’t be overvalued. Being surrounded by so much of Ms. Jerby’s original art made it feel like we were spending a night in a museum or gallery. Our one caution would be to trust the casita’s description and be mindful of the spiral staircase if you have mobility issues. We are in our sixties and navigated it fine but getting the bags up was a bit comical. We are already looking at the calendar for our next opportunity to stay with Ms. Jerby and explore all that was available within an easy stroll.

Nice large casita w lovely pieces of art by the owner. A few things caused our moderate rating of our experience- VERY BRIGHT, making it hard to sleep, very narrow spiral staircase that was difficult for 2 people in their 70s to go up and down and the bathroom was upstairs.
