Welcome to Sabater, a beautiful apartment on the 9th floor in Calpe with stunning sea view. It offers you a place to relax and unwind in the mesmerizing environment of the Costa Blanca. This accommodation is located just 100 meters from the beach, boulevard, cafes, restaurants and boutiques, so what are you waiting for?
Your favorite spot will without a doubt be the large, south-facing and glazed balcony. From here you can enjoy the views while drinking your morning coffee, enjoy your dinner, or when lounging. Even more convenient, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms are all directly connected to it.
Unwind on the sofa in the living room and watch your favorite programs on the Smart TV, or keep up to date with the latest news via the free fiber Internet. Air conditioning in the living room assures that even on the warmest days you get the necessary cooling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, an electric 4-pit stove, oven, fridge-freezer combination, filter coffee, microwave and dishwasher. Don't worry about dirty clothes, you have a washing machine at your disposal on the balcony.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is en-suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony. You can cool the master bedroom by turning on the air conditioning in the living room. The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and also access to the balcony. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
There is one private parking space in the garage under the building. As a guest you have full access to the outdoor communal swimming pool, children's playground, table-tennis table, table-soccer, spinning bike, and football / basketball field.
Sabater is a lovely place to take a break or a long holiday. Just bring your toothbrush and a smile and you are set for a lovely stay here!
